Job Responsibility

  • Product Operating Rhythm & Organization: Own and continuously improve Product planning cycles, Roadmap rituals, Quarterly / monthly product cadences
  • Maintain one source of truth for roadmap, priorities, and decisions (Productboard) and documentation (Notion)
  • Ensure clear trade-offs, prioritization logic, and decision traceability
  • Cross-Team Communication: Act as the connective tissue between Product, Tech, Design, Sales, CS, Marketing
  • Structure and own operations for Product updates, Release communication, Internal enablement material
  • Product Data, KPIs & Insights: Operationalize product KPIs (adoption, usage, productivity, migrations)
  • Build dashboards and reporting that drive decisions
  • Partner with Tech/Data to improve data reliability and accessibility
  • Help prepare executive-level product insights for leadership and board discussions
  • Product Marketing Enablement: Partner with business to support sales decks, product narratives, and enablement
  • Own release notes and internal FAQs
  • Ensure consistent messaging across indirect and direct modes
  • Tooling & Process Excellence: Own and optimize the product tool stack (Productboard, Jira, Notion, analytics)
  • Improve documentation standards, templates, and workflows
  • Identify friction and proactively fix how Product works

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, BizOps, or similar role in a B2B tech environment
  • Proven track record scaling product operations where all processes had to be built from scratch
  • Strong experience partnering daily with product, engineering, design and senior business stakeholders
  • Expert at creating clarity and structure where things are ambiguous
  • Strong project management discipline: can run multiple initiatives, unblock things quickly, and keep the org aligned
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Business-level English required
  • Fluency and analytical proficiency in product performance tracking
  • Advanced experience with product tooling and ability to improve templates and workflows
  • High ownership, proactive and obsessed with simplicity and efficiency
  • Strong pragmatism and low ego
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace, supply and demand platform models, procurement, or workflow-heavy B2B products
  • Experience supporting board-level product reporting and exec leadership communications
  • French speaker
