Managing daily class operations, moderating learning sessions, maintaining positive communication with participants, assisting in resolving issues throughout the program, and handling assessments and feedback to ensure an optimal learning experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily execution of the class
Dedicate time to guide students throughout the learning program
Act as the weekly class moderator during the program
Building close, positive communication and being friendly with students, both during class and through chat
Assisting students in resolving issues related to the bootcamp
Serve as a moderator for external events and participate in English program classes
Manage all student assessment and grading
Listening to student feedback and coordinating improvements with the team
Maintaining an engaging, cheerful, and supportive class atmosphere
Execute customer journey research
Requirements:
Able to conduct an internship or at least 6 months
Final-year student (minimum 6th semester), preferably from a technology-related major such as Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or Computer and Network Engineering, etc
GPA > 3.50
Have experience or basic knowledge in FE/UIUX/HR
Very strong communication and excellent public speaking skills
Proactive and quick respond in handling class activities or issues
Good time management and multitasking skills
Love talking to people and comfortable engaging in discuss
Ability to turn unsatisfied customers/students into valuable resources
Good analytical thinking
Have a good device and internet connection
Experienced as master of ceremony (MC) or moderator is a strong advantage
