Job Responsibility:
Manage the full lifecycle of new product onboarding (NPOB), including private label and reformulated products
Coordinate label design, regulatory approvals, and data entry into ERP and customer portals
Align cross-functional teams (Regulatory, QA, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering) to ensure smooth product launches
Oversee product transitions and end-of-life processes, including inventory phase-outs
Maintain compliance with Kosher, Non-GMO, and organic certifications
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients through the PMO
Develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline onboarding processes
Participate in cross-functional product development projects
Maintain deep knowledge of Catania’s product specs, customers, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in product management, development, or marketing (preferably in food or CPG)
High school diploma required
Associate’s degree in business preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other MS Office tools
Experience with ERP systems and customer onboarding portals
EDI experience preferred
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
Project management experience or certification is a plus
