Job Responsibility:

  • Creation of new Product Master Data (ERP System)
  • Timely, consistent and accurate management of data according to customer requirements
  • Creation and supervision of material list (BoM) for finish goods, Bulks and Packaging
  • Creation and supervision of technical documents
  • Creation and modifying label projects
  • Individual or mass data upload for items
  • Supervision of data quality and correction of data as needed
  • Analysis of data issues in terms of deviations from standards
  • Support in issue solving regarding PDM process
  • Support in problem solving for current production process
  • Support for PDM projects
  • Support in creating a continuous improvement system
  • Coordination of Change Request and maintenance of changes in ERP System

Requirements:

  • Ability to create BOMs and routes in the ERP system
  • Knowledge of the ERP system
  • Ability to create label designs
  • Knowledge and understanding in Change Management Process
  • High work culture
  • Reliability, accuracy, attentiveness, meticulousness
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action
  • Good organization of working time and planning of own work
  • Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
  • Willingness to acquire new skills
  • Experience min. 1,5 years in a similar position
  • Professional experience in an international company, preferable production profile
  • Higher technical education
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of English, verbal and written (must have)
  • Knowledge of ERP system, preferable SAP
  • Knowledge in Change Management
  • Driving license category B
