Job Description:

Lead product marketing initiatives for premium consumer products; Develop winning strategies in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs for B2C products
Analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Negotiate and manage partnerships with external vendors to enhance product offerings and achieve cost efficiencies
Collaborate with the card acquisition team to provide marketing support for new customer acquisition initiatives
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and product performance

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing within the financial services or related industry
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B relationship management is highly preferred
Fluency in Japanese and English is required
