At HubX, we build mobile apps used and loved by millions all around the world. We’ve reached over 300 million users across 6 continents and 170+ countries — and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (Web Growth) who combines analytical thinking with project management skills to help us launch, position, and scale our mobile apps globally. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience who wants to bridge the gap between marketing, product, and data — and make a visible impact from day one.
Job Responsibility:
Support go-to-market planning for new app-web launches and feature updates
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to create user-centered positioning and messaging
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment during launches
Analyze product and marketing performance metrics (e.g., retention, conversion, engagement)
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize acquisition and user experience
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Partner with performance marketing and creative teams to test messaging, creatives, and landing pages
Conduct A/B tests to improve user journeys and conversion rates
Support funnel tracking and reporting using analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.)
Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, campaigns, and product updates
Track progress, flag risks, and keep documentation up-to-date
Continuously improve internal workflows and communication efficiency
Requirements:
Curiosity or experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth/project management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset — confident using data to make decisions and tell stories
Curiosity or experience with product analytics tools (GA4, Appsflyer, Firebase, or Mixpanel)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of user behavior, funnel metrics, and A/B testing principles
Clear communicator — able to work effectively with marketing, product, and tech teams
Curiosity for mobile apps, technology, and digital products
Nice to have:
Experience in subscription-based apps or performance marketing environments
