Product Marketing Specialist

• Develop and define the product narrative alongside our Investment and Distribution teams
• Write and edit content in line with the product storyline and product objectives
• Simplify complex financial language to ensure a clear product narrative
• Distil sophisticated copy into visual elements – graphics/charts
• Coordinate Fund Manager video content
• Work with Legal & Compliance to ensure all marketing materials are compliant for the relevant audiences and locations
• Maintain existing materials and review (4-eye check) materials for colleagues
• Participate in product launch meetings
• Prioritise tasks in alignment with the product pipeline and Team Lead, communicate issues early
• Abide by all company policies and procedures around the production of client related communications
• Assist with projects
• Develop and manage relationships throughout the business to support the creation of quality marketing materials

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management industry (particularly mutual funds), and a curiosity about global financial markets/market trends
• Experience of crafting product marketing materials including writing, designing, and editing of content
• Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on Marketing/ Finance/ Business
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of working with Seismic is an advantage
• Language(s): Native/proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Keen eye for design, creative ability
