Job Description

Atlassian's IT Solutions Product Marketing team is looking for a product marketer to lead strategic programs that create awareness and demand for Jira Service Management, our IT service management solution (ITSM). As a team lead, you'll own important programs, including major product announcements, third-party and proprietary events, strategic pricing and packaging decisions, and the ITSM product narrative. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring collaboration across product, sales, events, demand generation, ABM, and more.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the product team to explain the narrative for important announcements, maintaining consistency across all channels and ensuring the messaging resonates with our target audience
  • Bring the strategy, in partnership with our events team, for our proprietary and third-party events globally and regionally to further Atlassian's position as a leader in ITSM and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Lead high-priority programs, including strategic moments, pricing and packaging, acquisition announcements, and market difference strategies for Jira Service Management
  • Lead a small team of product marketers by providing mentorship, setting goals, and promoting career growth

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, at least 2 years as a manager
  • Experience developing product narratives and GTM strategies for B2B enterprise software
  • Experience with event marketing strategy and execution, across different demand-generation event types, such as user conferences, tradeshows, and regional events
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing and partnering across diverse teams
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with tactical execution and presenting to stakeholders of all levels
