Job Description

As a Product Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Uro/Gyn specialty portfolio, a critical role in delivering reliable product access, enabling sales success, and ensuring compliant, data-driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, supply chain, sales, and operations, driving operational excellence, flawless execution, and clear field communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Product Lifecycle (lead demand and supply planning, forecasting, and S&OP activities
  • manage product launches, phaseouts, last buys, and EOL/EOS execution
  • maintain and optimize material master data and product setup in SAP
  • track product consumption, pricing inputs, and quoting support)
  • Drive Supply Chain & Inventory Excellence (proactively manage back orders, disruptions, and inventory risk
  • run inventory, excess, and backorder reporting with action plans
  • partner with logistics, buyers, and marketing to resolve issues fast)
  • Lead Recall & Quality Communications (coordinate recall strategy and internal communications
  • investigate product complaints and ensure stakeholder alignment)
  • Support Sales & the Field (serve as the main liaison for product inquiries, ETAs, and escalations
  • support trials, evaluations, competitive cross-references, and value analysis
  • contribute to sales training and conduct sessions as needed)
  • Enable Marketing & Commercial Success (create and deliver field communications for launches, updates, and recalls
  • support campaigns and promotional analysis
  • lead LM19 product vetting and commercialization processes)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, business, or operations
  • Hands-on SAP experience (material master data required)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice to have

  • Medical device industry experience
  • Product lifecycle, inventory, or supply chain expertise
  • Project management experience
  • Comfort presenting and training cross-functional teams
  • Advanced SAP / BI-HANA reporting experience
