As a Product Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Uro/Gyn specialty portfolio, a critical role in delivering reliable product access, enabling sales success, and ensuring compliant, data-driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, supply chain, sales, and operations, driving operational excellence, flawless execution, and clear field communication.
Job Responsibility
Own the Product Lifecycle (lead demand and supply planning, forecasting, and S&OP activities
manage product launches, phaseouts, last buys, and EOL/EOS execution
maintain and optimize material master data and product setup in SAP
track product consumption, pricing inputs, and quoting support)
Drive Supply Chain & Inventory Excellence (proactively manage back orders, disruptions, and inventory risk
run inventory, excess, and backorder reporting with action plans
partner with logistics, buyers, and marketing to resolve issues fast)
Lead Recall & Quality Communications (coordinate recall strategy and internal communications
investigate product complaints and ensure stakeholder alignment)
Support Sales & the Field (serve as the main liaison for product inquiries, ETAs, and escalations
support trials, evaluations, competitive cross-references, and value analysis
contribute to sales training and conduct sessions as needed)
Enable Marketing & Commercial Success (create and deliver field communications for launches, updates, and recalls
support campaigns and promotional analysis
lead LM19 product vetting and commercialization processes)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, business, or operations
Hands-on SAP experience (material master data required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Nice to have
Medical device industry experience
Product lifecycle, inventory, or supply chain expertise
Project management experience
Comfort presenting and training cross-functional teams
Advanced SAP / BI-HANA reporting experience
