The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing product marketing initiatives in the EMEA region. You will work closely with other stakeholders in the marketing, business development, sales, product, operations, and client success teams to drive revenue and achieve our goals.
Job Responsibility:
Sales enablement
Equip business development team with effective messaging, pitch decks, battle cards, brochures, and demo scripts
Develop competitive positioning based on market research, client insights, and industry trends
Gather and analyse client win/loss feedback to shape future marketing initiatives and product enhancements
Assist internal teams with enablement tools as they support the marketing needs of arbitral institution clients
Empower business development teams in other global regions to leverage and adapt existing marketing tools
Collect, organise, and produce testimonials and case studies, highlighting real-world success stories of customers
Campaign enablement
Work closely with the EMEA marketing team to help drive new sales leads and expansion opportunities
Provide product marketing support for EMEA-based digital advertising and marketing campaigns
Develop narratives and content for EMEA-based events, speaking engagements, and webinars
Develop compelling messaging that articulates the value of our offerings, leveraging existing campaign and product messaging
Work with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content about subjects like litigation, international arbitration, and AI
Requirements:
5+ years of product marketing experience in legal tech, SaaS, AI, or related industries
Understanding of commercial disputes, litigation, international arbitration, and related hearings/proceedings
Strong experience in content creation, with the ability to distill complex topics into engaging narratives
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and generative AI applications in the legal space
Proven ability to manage projects and create compelling messaging
Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, product, business development, operations, and other teams
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track, measure, and adapt marketing strategies based on data
Nice to have:
Experience working in legal industry, legal technology, or law firms
Familiarity with Opus 2, commercial disputes technology, or similar legal tech platforms
Background in law, legal marketing, or product marketing is a plus
Proficiency in marketing automation, project management, and content management tools (HubSpot, Teamwork, WordPress, and so on)
