As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving market success for a suite of healthcare compliance solutions. You’ll develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals, leverage deep customer insights, and translate product capabilities into compelling narratives and go-to-market plans. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, a storyteller, and a cross-functional partner—operating autonomously while shaping the future of how customers understand, adopt, and engage with the platform.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute holistic product marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive insights, segmentation, and positioning
Conduct customer and market research to surface unmet needs, trends, and competitive dynamics in the compliance space
Create differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value across personas and industries
Develop high-impact content: blog posts, webinars, case studies, white papers, product collateral, and more
Partner with Sales to develop training, enablement tools, and resources that support pipeline and revenue growth
Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer and market insights
Lead product launches end-to-end—planning, messaging, content creation, and cross-functional coordination
Track performance of marketing initiatives and use data to drive continual optimization
Act as an internal and external SME on product offerings and the compliance technology landscape
Present strategies, insights, and metrics to cross-functional leadership and executive teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
MBA preferred
5+ years in product marketing for healthcare software, SaaS, or technology
compliance/regulatory experience a plus
Experience with API, integrations, or data-driven products is a plus
Strong track record executing GTM strategies that drive growth, adoption, and revenue
Deep understanding of segmentation, positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
Exceptional written and verbal communication
ability to simplify complexity and influence across audiences
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and analytics tools
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience mentoring or coaching junior talent
Strong executive-level presentation skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a bonus
