The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive product awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Manages day-to-day operations of the product marketing team setting them for success in their designated product portfolio
Manages the margins and prices of all product portfolios collectively
Leads the overall product planning and strategy with commercial function
Enables forecast accuracy of all product portfolios
Manages revenues margin and MS targets within the assigned products
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product development teams
Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools, training, and resources that enhance their ability to sell our products effectively
Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensures offers are aligned with market needs
Maximizes Brand positioning
Drives cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility
Defines and builds required capabilities to drive the performance of product marketing teams
Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture within Product Marketing teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
Strong understanding of product marketing and management principles
10+ years of experience in product marketing within MNCs
5+ years of proven track record in using appropriate product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan techniques to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product
3+ years in market/customer facing operations: B2B, and B2C - different go-to-market models
Experience in core area of focus: Pricing & margin strategy, Portfolio management, Launch & Sales support
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret GFK, internal data, and market intelligence with logical and insightful approaches
willingness to travel and meet stakeholders
Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple partners
Execution: Ability to get things done or seek support when needed
Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Nice to have:
technical background in Consumer Electronic is a plus but not mandatory
