Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Vanta, you'll help bring this vision to life by defining the new category of trust management, shaping Vanta's positioning and differentiators externally, and influencing our product and business roadmap. We sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success and revel in connecting all of these teams to drive the business forward. Research, analysis, curiosity, storytelling, and project management are just a few of the attributes of our team – in addition to being open, empathetic, and genuinely nice people. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to be Vanta's first dedicated Product Marketing Manager in Sydney, helping define localized messaging, support local campaigns, and helping support our rapidly growing ANZ sales organization with strong enablement and guidance.

Job Responsibility

  • Build trusted relationships with ANZ sales teams and enable them with leading dedicated sales plays, compelling collateral, battlecards, local pitch decks, and competitive positioning
  • Adapt global messaging, positioning, and support in the ideation of local campaigns for the Australian market with cultural and regional awareness
  • Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap through local customer and market insights
  • Support the amplification of product launches relevant to the region and shape go-to-market strategy for the ANZ region
  • Work with the Enablement team to integrate product marketing into sales processes and training as the team scales
  • Be a champion for the customer - bringing the voice of customers in APJ into your everyday work

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS
  • Autonomous and comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong relationship builder who can quickly earn trust with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong communication skills, working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Deep empathy for users and ability to adapt communication to best reach and differentiate Vanta to APJ audiences
  • Curiosity and cultural awareness, being able to identify and translate the importance of compliance and adapt across industries and regions
  • Experience working closely with sales teams is a must
  • Experience from US scale-ups or fast-growing Australian scale-ups preferred
  • alternative backgrounds looking to transition into PMM (product management, solutions engineering) welcome
  • Experience with Salesforce ideal
  • HubSpot helpful
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
