Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of brand strategies that fuel growth and deepen customer engagement. In this role, you will shape compelling product messaging, manage marketing assets, and leverage market insights to strengthen competitive positioning. This is a highly collaborative role with opportunities to influence cross-functional initiatives, enhance marketing performance, and drive the brand’s long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute strategic marketing plans that generate demand and elevate brand presence
  • Ensure consistent application of brand messaging, standards, and guidelines across all channels and functions
  • Lead packaging strategy, overseeing product communication hierarchy and partnering with design teams on visual execution
  • Develop differentiated product messaging that resonates with target audiences and clearly sets offerings apart from competitors
  • Drive content development for in-store activations, including video, display, and merchandising materials
  • Manage the production and distribution of launch assets, collaborating with vendors and fulfillment partners
  • Oversee marketing collateral inventory, recommending updates and new materials as needed
  • Conduct market research to assess customer behavior and uncover key buying drivers
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform brand and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience with a successful history of leading and executing integrated campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with product commercialization, from concept through launch
  • Proven ability to turn marketing objectives into actionable, multi-channel strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity in marketing workflow and project management tools
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across teams and stakeholder groups
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align initiatives with business goals
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
