Product Marketing Managers at Docebo thrive on connecting products with customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies. You will play a key role in leading product go-to-market, creating customer-centric marketing materials, and guiding our revenue teams to ensure your dedicated product portfolio remains a leader in the learning management space.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute product positioning: Create compelling strategy and messaging that resonates with customers and prospects and yields results (pipeline, revenue, attach rates, adoption, etc.)
Lead go-to-market efforts: Plan and implement strategies for launching new features and services to meet business objectives
Collaborate with teams: Partner with product management, sales, marketing, enablement, and more to align efforts and maximize impact
Understand the market: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform decisions and differentiate the product
Inform thought leadership: Be an internal product champion, support thought leadership efforts, and be willing to represent Docebo externally in webinars, events, and analyst briefings
Create compelling content: Develop value-driven sales collateral, presentations, product videos, website copy, webinars, and other customer-facing materials, with a storytelling approach
Support sales enablement: Equip sales teams with the resources, training, and support they need to close deals effectively
Measure and optimize: Analyze performance data to track success and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS company
Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
Strong understanding of learning management systems, customer needs, and market trends
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Experience working with tools like Salesforce (or similar CRMs), HubSpot, and business intelligence software
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, sales, and marketing
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for events and customer engagements
