The Product Marketing Manager at PointClickCare is a primary representative from the Marketing team owning go-to-market and new product launch planning and execution. In this role, you will be the customer-facing subject matter expert responsible for understanding how they relate to customer needs and buying criteria, developing marketing and sales enablement assets and tools to transfer that knowledge to the sales channel, and supporting prospect education and lead generation/nurture programs. You’ll serve as the PointClickCare Marketing representative to our partner ecosystem—providing guidance on marketing best practices, supporting their needs in alignment with our guidelines, and collaborating closely with tier-one partners to drive mutual success. This role centers on the Marketplace Partner Program, driving the evolution of its strategy, introducing new categories to the Marketplace, and increasing customer adoption of Marketplace applications.
Job Responsibility:
Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging
Lead product launches, including strategy, KPI development, and creation of tools and collateral
assist with product naming and competitive positioning
Collaborate with marketing peers to drive development of a variety of content
Collaborate with the partner managers to provide guidance on marketing best practices
Enable sales by communicating product value propositions and delivering sales tools
Serve as a subject matter expert for complex sales inquiries, customer education, and roadmap updates
lead sales training
Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer insights
Align closely with members of product management team and Marketplace partner team
Collaborate with marketing programs, brand, and digital teams
Develop and distribute public-facing product launch materials
contribute to blogs, presentations, and webinars
Work with customers to create case studies, references, and testimonials
Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams
Provide guidance to marketing teams on themes for programs and events
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience desirable
4-6 years in product marketing experience
Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles such as Practical Product Management or Pragmatic Marketing
Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or SiriusDecisions Product marketing a plus
Experience with B2B SaaS healthcare technology required
Experience with partner marketing highly preferred
AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
Industry experience in the segment a definite asset
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, decision making, and organization skills
