Job Responsibility:
Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for FCM’s technology and service solutions
Translate technical features into clear customer benefits
Define competitive differentiation and buyer personas
Lead GTM planning for new products and feature releases
Coordinate launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
Ensure on-time readiness of messaging, content, and enablement materials
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data
Act as the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle
Create sales enablement tools such as presentations, battlecards, FAQs, and product guides
Enable Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams with product knowledge
Support pre-sales, renewals, and key client conversations when required
Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to influence roadmap decisions
Collaborate with global marketing, PR/Comms, and external technology partners
Present product updates and launches to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS
Experience working in global or matrix organisations
