Job Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel. Cogoport is a multinational company in hyper-growth mode, recognized as a high-growth company in the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves preparing communication materials, conducting marketing activities, defining customer journeys, segmenting customers, and using the right channels to improve retention and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare communication materials for field sales such as leaflets, presentations, and product features for customers
  • conduct online and offline activities to increase awareness of product offerings amongst target customers
  • coordinate with the COE Team for execution
  • increase conversion and wallet expansion to increase revenue multifold
  • define customer journey on the platform and ensure communication is sent based on customer behaviour
  • improve customer journey on the platform
  • segment customers based on behaviour, size, geography and devise strategy and communication plan to target customers
  • utilize the right channels to drive conversion and improve retention of the target segment

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B company (preferably app or similar tech)
  • experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • proficient in using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile leads
  • organized and structured but flexible to the fast-paced environment of a startup
  • hands-on approach with a track record in helping app businesses launch products and improve post-install KPIs such as retention and revenue
  • good project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • critical thinker and problem-solver
  • strong time management and project management skills
