This role is ideal for someone coming directly from a similar product or strategic marketing position within advanced manufacturing, automotive, display technology, or lighting industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and sales—to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive market adoption and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning for new and existing products
Lead go‑to‑market planning, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and marketing stakeholders
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
Create product launch materials, sales tools, presentations, and content that support successful commercialization
Partner with product management to support roadmap development through voice-of-customer insights
Analyze product performance and campaign metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
Represent the product marketing function at customer meetings, industry events, and tradeshows as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing or strategic marketing roles
Industry background in advanced manufacturing, automotive, display technologies, or lighting required
Demonstrated experience driving go‑to‑market initiatives and product launch strategies
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
