Help Microsoft 365 Copilot win through the strength of its knowledge platform and data layer. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join the Microsoft 365 + Copilot Marketing organization on the M365 Copilot Outbound & Work IQ team in Redmond, WA, focused on SharePoint and OneDrive as the content foundation powering Copilot and Work IQ experiences. In this role, you will shape how we explain (and prove) that trusted enterprise knowledge—files, pages, intranets, and governed access—drives better AI outcomes: higher quality answers, more robust security, and more consistent adoption at scale. You will develop deep product fluency across SharePoint and OneDrive capabilities and roadmap, connect that product truth to Work IQ’s broader narrative, and translate it into clear messaging and competitive differentiation. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams, and collaborate across marketing functions (storytelling, compete, communications/Public Relations (PR), field enablement, and analyst relations) to build integrated narratives, assets, and launch plans that resonate with customers and the field. If you’re excited by the intersection of enterprise content, AI experiences, and competitive strategy—and want to help define the knowledge layer story for AI at work—we’d love to meet you.
Job Responsibility:
Own outbound product marketing for SharePoint and OneDrive as the knowledge platform/data layer underpinning Microsoft 365 Copilot and Work IQ
Create crisp positioning, messaging, and proof points that explain why governed enterprise content improves AI quality, trust, and deployment readiness
Translate roadmap + "product truth" into customer-ready narratives
maintain accuracy as capabilities evolve in partnership with product/engineering
Build competitive differentiation versus AI alternatives (including "connector-first" approaches), producing clear comparisons grounded in real scenarios
Develop customer- and field-ready assets (core story decks, talk tracks, demo outlines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), battlecards, web copy, and launch/toolkit materials)
Partner cross-functionally across marketing (compete, storytelling, comms/PR, analyst relations, field enablement) to ensure a cohesive, repeatable story
Gather and synthesize inputs (customer conversations, field feedback, usage signals, and competitive intel) and turn them into prioritized narrative/asset improvements
Embody our Culture and Values
