We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging. You will bridge the gap between product development, clinical, regulatory, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market share
Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition based on customer needs and competitive landscape
Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product commercialization
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
Analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making
Develop insights from customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing strategies
Lead product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams
Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns
Provide training and support to sales teams on product value propositions and key differentiators
Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure product marketing aligns with compliance and industry standards
Partner with digital marketing teams to develop online campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing initiatives
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand presence
Requirements:
3-7 years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex products and translate features into benefits
Analytical Mindset: Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
