Job Description:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead how Powerdot’s products are positioned, launched, and adopted across Europe. Our products span different formats and touchpoints, combining technology, physical infrastructure, and digital experiences that make EV charging simple and accessible. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll work hand in hand with the Product team to bridge the gap between what we build and how it’s understood in the market. You’ll define go-to-market strategies, shape product narratives, and ensure that every new feature or solution reaches its audience with clarity and impact. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who loves connecting technology and storytelling – transforming product capabilities into clear, compelling value for users and partners across Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major feature releases
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand roadmaps and translate technical features into user-focused value propositions
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Create marketing materials and enablement assets such as one-pagers, presentations, FAQs, and internal briefs
  • Align internal teams around product launches and ensure consistent messaging across channels and markets
  • Monitor performance and adoption metrics to continuously improve product communications
  • Stay on top of market trends, user insights, and competitor activity to refine positioning and strategy
  • Work at the intersection of Product, Pricing, and Partnerships to define go-to-market and product adoption strategy

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market ideally within a high-growth tech or mobility environment
  • Strong collaboration experience with Product or Product Management teams
  • Background in technology, mobility, or energy sectors preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complexity
  • Highly organized, with strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide messaging and measure success
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)

Nice to have:

Portuguese or Polish or French or Spanish

What we offer:
  • Private health insurance coverage
  • Gym membership
  • Flexible working hours
  • Annual offsite
  • Regular team-building events
  • English Training
  • Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
  • Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
