Fast-growing fintech company seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales enablement, and messaging across multiple product lines. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Product and Sales teams to execute product launches and GTM initiatives
Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions
Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, customer stories, and datasheets
Write website and in-app copy to drive engagement and conversion
Conduct market research and maintain competitive intelligence
Gather and synthesize customer and sales feedback to optimize messaging and the sales cycle
Manage beta programs and product rollouts end-to-end
Support targeting, segmentation, and channel strategy initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of product marketing experience within fintech, B2B SaaS, or technology environments
Experience working directly with sales teams to develop customer-facing content
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, segmentation, and positioning
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a startup environment
Nice to have:
Experience within payments, financial software, commerce, marketplace platforms, or digital advertising
Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
MBA or STEM-related degree preferred
