As our Founding PMM, you’ll play a key role in driving Reducto’s self-service PLG and sales-led enterprise go-to-market motions. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering and GTM teams to drive new signups, product usage and enterprise expansion opportunities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape GTM strategy and campaign execution as we grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team
  • Drive GTM campaigns and product launches
  • Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products
  • Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel
  • Develop ICP and persona intelligence
  • Create compelling and effective technical marketing content
  • Work closely with GTM ops team to measure impact to the sales & marketing funnel
  • Support sales enablement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
