Job Description

The Product & Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management, growth, profitability, and go-to-market execution of Vodafone Portugal's Connectivity and Digital Solutions portfolio, namely WiFi, Digital Screen and Guest TV for B2B. This role combines product management and marketing responsibilities to drive revenue growth, customer adoption, customer satisfaction, and portfolio profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Vodafone Group and external partners to define product strategy, launch new capabilities, optimize existing services, and ensure market competitiveness

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, features, and lifecycle management
  • Own portfolio P&L revenue, margin, pricing, and business case delivery
  • Customer Value proposition & Market Positioning
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and commercial enablement
  • Drive cross-functional programs (platform modernization, feature rollout)
  • Ensure customer experience excellence (service availability, NPS, SLAs)
  • Represent Vodafone Portugal in Vodafone Group product councils and partner forums
  • Accountable for aligning Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance around product portfolio

Requirements
