Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market success for 2F Frontier and 2F Workshop, two core products in the 2F Suite. This is a unique opportunity to shape the positioning, messaging, and growth strategy of products that complement our flagship Game Warden platform and strengthen our market leadership. Job Responsibility:
Own the go-to-market strategy for Frontier and Workshop, ensuring alignment with the overall 2F Suite and Game Warden narrative
Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging tailored to defense, federal, and commercial markets
Lead competitive intelligence efforts—tracking market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to inform strategy
Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to design pricing and packaging models that drive adoption and revenue growth
Build and maintain product marketing assets, including pitch decks, solution briefs, and customer case studies
Partner with Sales and Partnerships to deliver training and enablement tools that resonate with target audiences
Define and track product marketing KPIs, using data to refine campaigns, launches, and positioning
Requirements:
7+ years in product marketing in SaaS, defense tech, or B2B enterprise software
Proven success launching and scaling products in competitive markets
Strong understanding of pricing/packaging strategy and market segmentation
Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, and turning insights into action
Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills
A passion for our mission to strengthen national security
U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to defense or federal customers, with knowledge of compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, IL5/6, ATO)
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Passion for national security and emerging technology
Working knowledge of edge computing, devsecops, and software delivery lifecycles
