The Product Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and execution for our core and emerging product offerings, including Travel by David’s, Pearl Planner, Vera Wang Bride x Pearl Couture, Alterations, and upcoming initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns that amplify these products to the right audiences, driving guest engagement, sign-ups, customers, and long-term adoption. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and collaborative, capable of translating product features into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for David’s products, including Travel by David’s, Pearl Planner, Alterations, and future initiatives
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform messaging and campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, PR) to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging
Define clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences
Create content and assets to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives, including website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement materials
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
Work closely with channel leads—email/CRM, social media, website, in-store teams, content, PR, and more—to deliver on strategies and initiatives
Oversee the implementation of marketing tactics, ensuring alignment across channels and consistent execution
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and pivot strategies as needed to optimize impact and ROI
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, sign-ups, and customer adoption
Collaborate with internal and external partners (agencies, influencers, media) to amplify reach and impact
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to inform future strategies
Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and trends to inform product marketing strategies and future product development
Identify gaps and opportunities in product offerings and marketing approaches to drive growth
Lead end-to-end product launch execution, including internal enablement and external communications
Partner with Sales, Store, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of product offerings
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support promotional calendar initiatives and seasonal campaigns
Define KPIs to measure the impact of product marketing efforts, including sign-ups, usage, sales, and engagement metrics
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or wedding-related industries
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in messaging, storytelling, and campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and optimizing campaigns based on performance
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and channels
