The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and own product-specific marketing strategies, customer positioning, and commercialization plans. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product-market fit and support sales enablement through effective product messaging.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own product-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans
Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona-driven content to drive message consistency
Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation, and competitors
Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product-market fit
Track product adoption, market share, and messaging impact
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 5 years' experience in product marketing
Preferably with experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
Experience with eCommerce, digital and full funnel marketing strategies
Ability to travel to events, meetings and customer sites approx. 25% travel including overnight
