A product marketing manager with a strong focus on the strategic go-to-market launches of new features of our platform and being the mastermind behind the positioning and messaging of these features and new solutions. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will accelerate the growth of Quinyx users and be responsible for communicating its value to our target audience. You will work in a fast-paced tech environment and enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Deeply understand our customer audience of C-level executives, HR/Operations professionals and their needs
Deeply understand our market dynamics, competitors and product levers to help grow the business
Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive internal and external positioning and awareness
Develop global go-to-market strategies for Quinyx products. Key activities include defining target segments and crafting the required product/solution positioning, packaging, messaging and pricing strategies as we refine and release new products and solutions
Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches
Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications to increase customer and market adoption
Dive into the win /loss analysis and pull out clear opportunities for future growth and changes to our product direction and sales messaging
Own end-to-end product launches, including defining the go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools, and marketing activation in collaboration with our sales, customer success and marketing teams
Support AI-related messaging by gathering insights and helping shape how Quinyx communicates its relevance in an AI-first market
Requirements:
3+ years of experience driving a go-to-market strategy in a technology company
Proven ability to drive solution positioning and messaging, as well as experience in creating messaging platforms
Data fluent with the ability to identify trends and articulate business results achieved by past marketing initiatives
Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches
Experience with AI products or features and the ability to turn technical concepts into clear messaging
Understanding of the evolving AI landscape and how it influences SaaS buying behaviour and customer expectations
Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines
A talent for communicating complicated concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way
Gravitas and confidence to deal with C-level internal and external stakeholders
Degree in business, marketing, information technology or another related field
