As a Go To Market Manager at LHH, you will be responsible for driving the activation of LHH products and services in Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio. This includes sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities. You will collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product & innovation, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing sustainable promotion of LHH’s offerings.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the activation of LHH products and services in Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio
Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product & innovation, sales, and marketing
Source and apply market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Identify whitespace opportunities for the Career Transition and Mobility portfolio
Proactively develop and execute comprehensive go to market plans aligned with company and business line objectives
Define messaging and value propositions based on market insights and business needs
Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases
Lead and project manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing product marketing activities
Develop competitive positioning strategies to differentiate LHH in the market
Develop engaging sales and marking collateral including but not limited to pitch decks, email templates, sales presentations, sales toolkits, and other revenue driving content
Plan and deliver integrating marketing campaign materials to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on agreed metrics and insights, applying the leaning to drive future successes
Requirements:
Proven track record and experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B
Strong understanding of customer journey and seller experience as well as marketing principals, market research, and product management
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-function teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate date in actionable insights
Results-oriented with a focus on driving business and revenue impact
Experience with marketing automations tools and CRM systems
PowerPoint and Excel skills required, knowledge of MS Teams, Asana and Seismic are helpful
