Job Description

Join Flight Centre Travel Group as a Product Marketing Manager, where you'll serve as the strategic bridge between our Product and Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to drive product success in market, for our Corporate brand FCM technology solutions. You'll be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from market research and competitive intelligence to positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution—while partnering cross-functionally to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth. Your understanding of buyer personas and market dynamics will help guide product strategy and enable customer facing teams, while your expertise in demand generation and thought leadership will help establish our solutions as the market standard in corporate travel management.

Job Responsibility

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Leverage research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand buyer behavior, and help guide product roadmap decisions
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product positioning that differentiates our offerings in the competitive travel management company landscape. Develop core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narrative structures that resonate with target segments
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases. Coordinate with Product, Sales & Marketing, and Account Management to ensure seamless market introduction and adoption
  • Competitive Enablement: Create high-impact tools and resources including battle cards, pitch decks, talk tracks, case studies, and competitive differentiation materials to enable customer facing teams
  • Content & Communications to drive demand generation: Work with our brand, content and design teams to develop product marketing content across formats—whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, videos, and thought leadership pieces to amplify product stories and maintain consistent messaging

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B environments, with demonstrated success driving product growth
  • Strong preference for SaaS, technology, or software product experience
  • travel industry knowledge highly valued
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Product marketing certification (Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Institute, or similar) preferred
  • Experience working with global or regional teams in complex organisational structures
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Clear concise communicator who can build the story
