Job Description:

Glean is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Pricing & Packaging) to help us consistently innovate and bring new capabilities to market. As we continue to evolve our platform, this role will define both the long-term strategy and near-term playbooks for pricing and packaging, including the frameworks, operating model, and go-to-market strategies we use as we launch new AI capabilities and scale the business. Sitting at the intersection of product, finance, and sales, this role translates product strategy and customer value into clear commercial structures and customer-first positioning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and evolve Glean’s pricing strategy as new capabilities are released
  • Build messaging that helps account executives explain how Glean is priced and our pricing philosophy
  • Benchmark pricing strategies against key competitors and adjacent categories
  • identify where pricing can be a strategic differentiator
  • Create and maintain pricing and packaging bill of materials (e.g. guides, licensing one-pagers, and FAQs for different buyer personas)
  • Partner with product management and product operations to incorporate pricing into the product development lifecycle
  • Be the voice of the customer during product development
  • Partner with product marketing and product management teams to determine how to price and package new features and products
  • Define promotional strategy and framework

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on pricing, strategy, product marketing, or product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bias toward clarity, structure, and action
  • enjoys building the operating model as much as the strategy
  • Background working with enterprise buyers (IT, CIO, CDO, support leaders) and understanding how they evaluate value and risk
  • strong storytelling skills
