Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to influence product strategy in a fast‑growing sector and play a visible role in shaping Lucideon’s future offerings. If you are technically strong, commercially curious, and keen to build hands‑on market expertise, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Healthcare & Life Sciences sector by delivering high‑quality product management services. You will initially focus on our expanding work across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, and biotechnology. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of key market segments, identify unmet or poorly served client needs, and help shape Lucideon’s Product Portfolio to meet those needs. You will engage directly with clients, test commercial viability through field-based activities, and prepare our offerings for successful adoption by the Sales Team. Your goal is simple but vital: ensure that clients want the services Lucideon already offers and champion the new services they need us to deliver. This is a highly collaborative role requiring close interaction with colleagues across the business, combined with strong technical insight and developing commercial acumen.

  • Own Product Marketing for Healthcare & Life Sciences

  • Generate market and sales leads to expand the service pipeline
  • Match or develop offerings to meet high‑value market needs

  • Test product concepts with customers and refine the Product Portfolio

  • Support and coach the Sales Team, including joint customer visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Biological Engineering, or related discipline
  • Technical experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or biotechnology
  • Client-facing experience and exposure to product management (desirable)
  • Strong life sciences knowledge
  • Highly curious about client needs and markets
  • Strong commercial inquisitiveness and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in marketing, product management, or product development
