Job Description:

In the role of Product Marketing Manager, Identity Governance, you play a critical role in Microsoft Security's mission to build a safer world for all. Join our team to envision and build the future of secure access. We are a dynamic team with a variety of backgrounds, and a deep passion for the success of others and the team. We seek a team member who is curious, eager to learn from others and to provide inspiration and guidance. • Drive launch readiness and market execution for new governance capabilities by developing compelling messaging, building sales and partner enablement, and orchestrating execution across marketing, engineering, field, and partner teams
  • Ensure accountability and alignment between product reality, customer expectations, and external narratives, continuously raising the bar on clarity, accuracy, and trust in how Microsoft shows up in market
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Microsoft to create unified governance narratives that connect identity, access, data, and AI safety
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to product and business leaders, operating independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, making sound strategic recommendations even with incomplete information
  • Elevate strategic rigor and clarity across the product marketing team by bringing frameworks, crisp thinking, and a clear customer‑outcome orientation
  • Embody our culture and values
