Job Description

This is a specialist product marketing role focused on Sokin’s FX and currency conversion products. You’ll be the internal expert on cross-border payments, currency management and the needs of businesses operating internationally — helping to define how we position and grow this part of our product offering. You’ll turn market insight into sharp positioning, sales enablement, campaigns and launches that drive adoption, revenue and customer growth — working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the GTM strategy for Sokin’s FX products, from launch planning through adoption, growth and optimisation
  • Partner with Product, Sales and Finance on pricing, packaging, commercial strategy and product positioning
  • Develop clear messaging that explains the value of Sokin’s FX solutions to businesses managing international payments, suppliers, receivables and currency exposure
  • Own sales enablement including sales collateral, enablement tools and internal training
  • Work with content team to design campaign launches, content assets, website development and social presence
  • Define and track KPIs including customer adoption, pipeline contribution and revenue impact
  • Support regional product launches and account-based marketing (ABM) programmes
  • Track the FX and cross-border payments landscape, including banks, brokers, fintechs, treasury platforms and global payment providers
  • Monitor trends such as currency volatility, multi-currency accounts, embedded FX, hedging demand and treasury transformation
  • Build a strong understanding of the FX buying journey
  • Develop buyer personas for CFOs, finance directors, treasury teams, operations leads and internationally trading businesses
  • Create sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI tools, case studies and product explainers
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop outbound messaging, talk tracks and objection handling
  • Train internal teams on FX product functionality, competitive differentiation, customer use cases and ideal customer profiles
  • Support partner and regional marketing teams with relevant messaging and collateral
  • Work with Content, Social and Demand Generation teams to create campaigns and thought leadership around FX, currency volatility and international business growth
  • Support targeted campaigns across channels such as paid search, LinkedIn, ABM and industry-specific activity
  • Develop content around key market moments such as financial year-end, central bank decisions, currency movements and international trade cycles
  • Support relevant fintech, finance, treasury, payments and industry events
  • Act as the voice of the market for FX, feeding customer needs, competitive gaps and feature requests into the product roadmap
  • Work with Product, Treasury, Finance, Compliance and Engineering to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant and commercially sound
  • Partner with Brand and Regional Marketing teams to ensure FX messaging is consistent, localised and effective
  • Develop a clear understanding of Sokin’s holistic product offering and articulate how the FX pillar fits within and enhances the broader solution

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on FX, cross-border payments, treasury, payments or financial services
  • Strong understanding of FX concepts such as spot FX, currency pairs, spreads, liquidity, settlement, hedging and currency risk
  • Experience launching fintech, payments, treasury or financial products with measurable commercial impact
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and partnering closely with commercial teams
  • Strong competitive analysis skills and the ability to turn complex market information into clear positioning
  • Experience in a high-growth fintech environment where speed, ownership and adaptability are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in
