Job Description:

Cash App is building the future of money for modern earners — people whose income comes from multiple, dynamic sources like gig platforms, marketplaces, and peer-to-peer selling. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Earners Experience to lead how this vision comes to life. You will own product marketing for the Earners experience, including the development and go-to-market of our Earnings Builder and payouts API, enabling customers to seamlessly bring earnings into Cash App from across income streams. A key part of this role is ensuring the Earners experience works for diverse, real-world earners, including Spanish-speaking customers. This PMM will help define how we reach, earn trust with, and deliver fast, reliable access to money for Spanish-speaking modern earners. Our ambition is simple: win by being first where money enters the system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the Earners experience, from early product definition through launch and iteration
  • Lead positioning and messaging for the Earnings Builder, including P2P selling and aggregation of earnings across income streams
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for earnings entry points and payouts into Cash App
  • Define how the Earners experience meets the needs of Spanish-speaking modern earners, including positioning, trust signals, and education
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Insights, Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, Partnerships, and Support to bring launches to market
  • Translate complex earnings and payouts concepts into simple, compelling customer value propositions across audiences
  • Serve as the voice of the modern earner, grounding strategy in customer insight and lived realities
  • Influence product roadmap decisions by advocating for earner needs and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Direct experience working on earnings, payouts, income, or marketplace products
  • Deep empathy of modern earners, including gig economy workers, sellers, creators, or multi-income customers
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional work
  • Experience defining or expanding products for new audiences
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of consumer, platform, and partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller

Nice to have:

  • Experience at companies like DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, or similar gig / marketplace platforms a plus
  • Experience with APIs, platform products, or B2B2C models a plus
  • Experience marketing to Spanish-speaking or bilingual audiences a plus
What we offer:
  • Remote work
  • Medical insurance
  • Flexible time off
  • Retirement savings plans
  • Modern family planning
