Job Description

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. The Robinhood Crypto team’s mission is to build trusted, low-cost crypto experiences for customers around the world. As part of this mission, we’re expanding our onchain products — building developer-facing tools and services that connect customers to web3 in a simple, secure, and compliant way. As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we connect with customers and drive growth for Robinhood Crypto’s onchain products! You’ll lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features and help shape how we bring our onchain developer offering to market in a highly regulated and fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own product marketing for Robinhood Crypto’s onchain products, leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products and features as well as evergreen initiatives that drive adoption and engagement, in close partnership with cross-functional counterparts
  • Translate technical concepts into clear narratives, messaging, and customer-facing marketing that resonates with developers and ecosystem partners
  • Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to product and engineering teams, helping inform roadmaps and product improvements based on developer feedback, ecosystem insights, and market dynamics
  • Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and a deep understanding of the target audience
  • Craft marketing plans and creative direction that drive relevance, adoption, and sustained engagement across Robinhood Crypto’s onchain ecosystem
  • Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements
  • Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing in tech (developer products a plus)
  • Strong go-to-market leadership, including shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels
  • Ability to break down complex concepts so they’re simple, clear, and human
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence
  • Data-informed decision making, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement
  • Comfort operating in regulated products and partnering closely with legal and compliance teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action

What we offer

  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces
