Job Description

Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of Monetization solutions across Creator Marketing and Shopping. In this role, you are going to prioritize and coordinate cross-regional go-to-market efforts in these areas, making sure International Markets can succeed with existing and new products landing on the market, identifying big swing ideas that sales, marketing and products must invest for growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Play a primary role in designing and rolling out a comprehensive product strategy for business and creators across two primary product areas: Creator Marketing and Shopping
  • Connect and drive product adoption end-to-end across both areas
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate execution across LATAM, EMEA and APAC
  • Create and activate segment-level programs to drive solution adoption and growth for focus segments, inclusive of business and creator profiles, through both paid and organic features
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback into market intelligence that influences product roadmap
  • Manage key processes to bring sales, marketing, partnerships and products, inclusive of both Shopping, Creator and Organic product teams i.e. integrated market feedback processes
  • Partner with global teams and the global Product Marketing managers to develop business solutions that accelerate International markets
  • Partner with regional business marketing, sales and other regional cross-functional teams to build cohesive execution strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, product management or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience utilizing AI and Agentic Workforces
  • Experience on the Creator and Live Commerce ecosystem
  • Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-task and experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Understanding of our product suite, the industry, global nuances, and client objectives
  • Experience solving complex problems using data and analytics
  • Track record of influencing behavior across various levels in the organization, including cross-functional leadership
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
  • Experience creating and delivering go-to-market presentations and cross-functional proposals
  • Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience in distilling market insights that influence product roadmap
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption programs, including marketing campaigns

  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
