Job Description:

The Microsoft 365 Copilot team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive AI at Work evangelism and show how Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents change how work gets done. In this high-impact role, you will shape how customers understand Copilot’s differentiated value, strengthen our compete position across the industry, and activate a global audience through compelling storytelling, demos, content, and social campaigns. You will own the outbound product marketing motion for several critical areas of our evangelism charter, partnering deeply with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior leadership, marketing, product and engineering, sales, and more. You will turn prompt insights, competitive findings, customer use patterns, and real-world proof points into narratives, demos, and programs that shape perception and accelerate adoption. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic clarity, competitive curiosity, crisp storytelling, and a bias for execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive creation of customer‑facing content that clearly communicates Copilot’s differentiated value and helps customers navigate a fast‑moving AI landscape
  • Build a cohesive landing experience for customers and field teams, delivering impactful storytelling, product demos, and ready‑to‑use assets that demonstrate Copilot’s leadership
  • Translate Work IQ capabilities into clear, memorable narratives that simplify complex intelligence and resonate with decision makers and end users
  • Develop innovative, social‑first content that brings Copilot and Work IQ to life through creative visuals, short‑form storytelling, and broad cross‑channel amplification
  • Create compelling customer prompt stories that highlight real‑world scenarios and deliver them through high‑engagement content and experiential moments
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, sales, research, and design teams to ensure customer‑facing assets are accurate, repeatable, and grounded in real product value and differentiation

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in business
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in business
  • OR Equivalent experience
  • Product marketing experience in the technology industry, ideally across cloud, software, or SaaS solutions
  • Experience creating and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies for complex or innovative products
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable enablement programs
  • Experience with competitive analysis, benchmarking, or technical product storytelling
  • Excellent editorial, writing, and storytelling skills across formats (social, video, long‑form, demo scripts)
  • Analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and align teams across an organization
  • Experience influencing engineering product roadmaps
