We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions for our CAE and CAM software products by spearheading the development and launch of contact and campaigns focused on driving customer acquisition and retention, increasing sales, and building enduring brand awareness. This individual will also oversee broader corporate marketing initiatives, including brand content, social media presence, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Concepts NREC’s CAE (Agile Engineering Suite) and CAM software (MAX-PAC) solutions
Collaborate with the software development team, customer success manager, and applications engineers to understand product features, user benefits, and customer needs
Create technical marketing collateral such as whitepapers, blogs, vlogs, brochures, webinars, case studies, and product videos
Support sales enablement by developing tools, training, and presentations that align with customer pain points, buying stages, and sales strategies
Lead competitive analysis to refine positioning and identify market opportunities
Plan and execute product launches and features rollouts, including campaigns, events, and promotions
Define and track KPIs for marketing activities to measure impact and ROI
Align with sales, engineering, and executive leadership to coordinate GTM initiatives and long-term strategy
Develop and support brand content for digital platforms, including the corporate website, blog, email marketing, and newsletters
Manage Concepts NREC’s social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Oversee the development of creative assets including videos, animations, graphics, and print material
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and content creators as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with engineering or technical software products
Familiarity with CAE/CAM software, turbomachinery, or a related industry is highly desirable
Strong storytelling and content creation skills, especially for technical audiences
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Must have the ability to work as a team player and must be able to work independently without supervision
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
