Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our market, competitive landscape, and core customer segments, and champion those insights across the business to inform strategy and priorities
  • contribute customer research and insight generation for our core ICPs, translating findings into positioning, messaging, and roadmap recommendations that reflect real customer needs
  • partner closely with product managers to influence roadmap prioritization, bringing a customer and market lens to product decisions
  • lead end-to-end go-to-market for product launches and feature releases within your portfolio, from strategy and positioning through execution and results
  • drive adoption and expansion by partnering with product managers and expansion marketers to design and run experiments and programs that deepen our relationship with existing customers
  • develop messaging, content and enablement programs that equip the organization to tell a clear, consistent, and compelling story about our products to our market, customers and prospects
  • define success metrics for your initiatives, establish reporting frameworks, and ensure executive and cross-functional stakeholders are consistently informed about progress against goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software
  • a proven track record of leading product launches and other GTM initiatives that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes
  • strong positioning and messaging skills, with the ability to distill complex products into clear, resonant narratives for both customers and internal stakeholders
  • deep customer empathy and experience conducting or commissioning research, with a track record of translating insights into action
  • excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across product, marketing, sales, and leadership
  • a metrics-driven approach to your work, including comfort defining KPIs, building reporting requirements, and communicating results with clarity
