Job Responsibility:
Own product positioning and core messaging together with Product Management and Field Marketing
Develop personas and tailor messaging by segment and audience
Create and maintain sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, value cards)
Plan and deliver customer communications across email/marketing automation, in-app/service messaging, website updates and release notes
Drive product-related communication (announcements, updates, changes, and end-of-life/deprecation messaging)
Track impact and continuously improve messaging and journeys using data and feedback
Requirements:
5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Communications, or similar
Proven ability to turn product features into clear customer value and write high-quality customer-facing content
Strong cross-functional experience with Product, Sales and Support
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Pendo (or similar), and working with segmentation/CRM data and lifecycle campaigns
Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish as well as English
