The Product Marketer will drive go-to-market strategy for Soliton’s protocol validation services, translating complex technical offerings into compelling market positioning. Leveraging our specialized expertise in I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI, and CAN—which has enabled 26% annual growth with 100% customer satisfaction—the role will create impactful sales enablement assets, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content. Close collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams is key to influencing the roadmap and expanding Soliton’s presence across semiconductor markets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute launch strategies for new protocol validation services, targeting semiconductor companies across automotive, mobile, IoT, and industrial segments
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of validation service providers, protocol development trends, and emerging testing methodologies to guide product roadmap and differentiation strategy
Lead voice-of-customer (VoC) initiatives to capture insights from semiconductor engineers and validation teams, identifying pain points, buying behavior, and key decision drivers
Create clear, impactful messaging and positioning, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value to drive market adoption and customer engagement
Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials — including technical presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and case studies — to support value-based selling and customer engagement
Conduct training sessions for sales teams, partners, and distributors on protocol technologies, solution benefits, and competitive positioning, ensuring consistent market messaging
Provide technical marketing support during RFP responses and customer presentations, helping sales teams articulate product differentiation and business impact
Represent Soliton in customer meetings, webinars, and industry conferences, strengthening brand visibility and technical credibility in the semiconductor ecosystem
Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, protocol validation guides, and industry trend reports targeted at semiconductor engineering audiences
Design and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and key industry publications to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility
Plan and manage Soliton’s participation in major industry events (e.g., Embedded World, DAC, SEMICON) — including booth planning, collateral, and speaking opportunities
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and lead-generation forms for technical audiences to maximize conversion and engagement
Influence the product roadmap by translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable product requirements
Partner with engineering teams to convert complex technical features into clear, value-driven messaging for external audiences
Collaborate with customer success teams to identify case study opportunities, highlight measurable outcomes, and support customer expansion initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business
4–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology domains such as semiconductor tools, test equipment, or engineering services
Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively to varied audiences
Proven expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategy development, particularly for technical products with long sales cycles
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
Nice to have:
Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, and MIPI protocols, including associated testing and validation methodologies
Experience with test automation tools, protocol analyzers, and understanding of compliance standards
Strong technical writing and multimedia content creation skills
Hands-on experience in campaign management using platforms such as Marketo or Pardot
