Product Manager

• Help evolve and drive the product vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap for Booker’s websites and mobile apps, in partnership with the Lead Product Manager
• Prioritise work effectively and make clear trade‑off decisions with peers and senior leaders
• Build a deep understanding of key user personas, customers, and stakeholders, delivering solutions that meet their needs and create measurable value
• Use customer insights, behavioural data, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Define desired outcomes, set success measures, and ensure teams learn from product performance and user behaviour
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Business Analysts, Engineering, UX/UI Design and Research—to maintain alignment throughout product development

• Experience managing front‑end digital products such as websites and mobile apps
• Strong relationship‑building skills with peers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners
• Understanding of agile methodologies and how to apply them to deliver great digital products
• Experience managing products through different stages of the product lifecycle
• A data‑informed mindset, with the ability to balance customer needs, commercial impact, and technical considerations
• Familiarity with user research practices, A/B testing, and design thinking approaches
