Start up a new product and service offering and develop the customer base in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your objective will be to implement a new product and service offering that provides significant value to our Airline customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for the product and service line profit and loss as well as lead the new offering to a fully mature product and service. You will ensure that the market is served in an efficient way by working closely with internal stakeholders and with our customers in close collaboration with our commercial organization. You should therefore expect up to 20-30 travel days per year.
Job Responsibility:
Actively manage the creation and implementation of global business plan for the Service Product Line - Maintenance Kits
Actively manage the creation and implementation of short and long-term global marketing and sales plans for your service line
Drive sales revenue and margins towards assigned targets
Lead and govern with focus on operational and financial performance from targets
Actively support Satair’s global sales teams with marketing and sales efforts
Identify and develop new market offerings for the assigned product line in order to expand the business
Work closely with our Supply Chain and Operations to optimize your service lines performance and set-up
Requirements:
Bachelor or master’s degree in international business or economics
Good IT skills (excel, BI tool)
3+ years experience from a B2B company within sales, product, program- or supply chain management
Entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to be hands on with definition of offering
Strong team player
Experience with go to market strategy and value proposition definition
Ability to juggle many different topics and issues across the value chain
Great analytical skills
Ability to act strategically
Good business understanding
Commercial mind-set
Not afraid of getting into details
Fluent in English
