Join us as a Product Manager on the Console team, leading product development for the unified Console platform. This position is a critical role designed to drive the execution of Twilio’s Console consolidation and self-service goals. As a Product Manager (L2) on the Console Team, you will focus on building the "One Console" experience, ensuring a unified customer model and seamless migration for acquired entities like Segment. You will play a key role in empowering developers through intelligent Console capabilities and AI-driven experiences to life.
Job Responsibility
Intelligent Console: Drive self-service goals to allow developers to build custom interfaces on top of core console capabilities, empowering the partner ecosystem
Bring our AI-driven experiences to life: Help shift the Console from a manual configuration tool into an intelligent operating environment
M&A Portal Migration: Lead the effort to migrate M&A customers into the Twilio One Console ecosystem
Legacy Console Sunset: Manage the deprecation of legacy Console systems to reduce technical debt and unify the UI
Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to ensure a consistent experience across the Twilio platform
Deliver Adaptive, Cross-Functional Experiences: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to build proactive, friction-free customer journeys
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of Product Management, entrepreneurial (e.g., founder), or intensive project experience
Backgrounds building data-driven platforms, AI-powered intelligence tools, or web applications are a plus
Developer Experience Insight: Understanding of how developers interact with platforms, APIs, and headless architectures to build custom interfaces
Execution Mindset: Strong ability to manage tactical execution at the scrum level while balancing reliability and feature delivery
Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to thrive at the intersection of business and technology
Platform & User Insight: Understanding of how diverse, complex personas interact with platforms to build custom workflows
Execution & Workflow Optimization: A strong execution mindset with a passion for multidisciplinary work
Recent graduates with strong startup or multidisciplinary experiences with a ‘can do’ attitude are highly encouraged to apply
Behavioral Analytics: Experience using data to identify friction points in a user journey and designing automated interventions to solve them
Cross-Channel Developer Experience: Knowledge of how to design seamless transitions across different platform touchpoints
