Product Manager

Riipen is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will own a significant portion of the product roadmap and work closely with design and engineering to shape, prioritize, and deliver meaningful improvements to the Riipen platform. You will lead product development for a dedicated engineering pod of 4–5 engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the features we build deliver real value to our users and the business. This role will have a focus on mobile product development (including our Hotwire Native mobile app) and enhancing communication and collaboration tools across the Riipen platform. These systems are central to how students, educators, and employers interact, making this an opportunity to directly influence core user experiences at scale. You will play a key role in identifying product opportunities, defining solutions, and guiding features from discovery through delivery. We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who enjoys working closely with engineers and designers to solve complex problems.
