Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our projects in the creation and launch of digital products in the global market. You will play a key role in managing all stages of product development, from research and design to testing and deployment. Your task is to guide the development and design teams towards creating a successful product that meets both business and customer needs. Your primary mission will be to manage the product lifecycle, develop its strategy, and coordinate the work of a cross-functional team. You will interact with various departments, including marketing, analytics, and customer support, to ensure that the product aligns with market demands and satisfies user needs.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement product strategy
Organize the development team's work and coordinate all stages of product creation
Manage product requirements and prioritize tasks
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and create the product roadmap
Analyze user data and feedback to improve product functionality
Ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain high-quality standards
Maintain project documentation

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (self-service IoT / edge device products)
Experience managing the full product development cycle, from concept to market launch
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience collaborating with development, design, and analytics teams
Ability to work with product analytics and data to inform decision-making
Fluency in English and Ukrainian
