Job Description:

Product Manager role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for understanding business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing product performance, developing features, and leading a product squad to help achieve Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

Understand our business, our customers, our market, and the data of our product
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments
Break down broad opportunities into concrete and measurable actions
Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test, and continuously improve product metrics
Develop product features from ideation to release
Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritization, and run sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives
Collaborate in building a vision and strategy for your product

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in product management
Proficiency in English
Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Strong written communication skills
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams, communicating with them and providing feedback
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment
Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach

Nice to have:

Basic technical knowledge
comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts
Experience in tech startups
Good strategic sense
proven ability to collaborate in defining a successful business strategy
Ability to build trust across different levels and multiple groups within an organization
Experience in formulating hypotheses, building lean validations, conducting A/B tests, and defining metrics and control metrics
Strong ability to empathize with customers and understand the competitive landscape while innovating
Experience in collaborating to build a vision and a clear strategy for a product line
