Job Responsibility
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for new product lines & tactics/activities, which are aligned with and set direction for the sales strategy, for WTR BU to meet established sales and market share targets
Develop a holistic product strategy and tactics/activates for launch a series of new product lines in China market
Develop positioning and messaging of the products and brands with proper market segmentation and targeting strategies
Develop KOL/Speaker engagement strategy and execution plan for technology awareness and acceptance
Perform in-depth insight collection on clinical needs and competitive landscape
Develop pricing strategy for all channels including hospitals and consumers with overarching portfolio life cycle management strategy
Formulate launch excellence plan and KPI with leading indicators and lagging indicators to assist in launch evaluation
Develop sales tools with adequate level of trainings to sales team and distribution partners if applicable
Design and execute the launch activities for awareness generation
Design training programs for in-depth learning of products and techniques by the targeted professional audience
Communicate with global team on product launch plan, forecast, pricing proposal, product evaluation feedback
Work with supply chain for effective demand forecast and product supply
Work with QA and global team to handle product complaints and after-sales service related request
Work with PAMA and commercial team for effective provincial listing
Support the listing into the first batch of key accounts and the engagement of key speakers for national promotion activities
Take on the additional work assignment as instructed by the line manager
Requirements
Bachelor degree, master degree is a plus
More than 5 years' working experience of product management position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies
Good English skill (including writing, comprehending, and verbal)
Highly self-motivated
Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications)
